2. What data we process and why

• Contact and membership forms: name, email, phone, company details and your message, to handle your enquiry or membership request.
• Usage preferences: first-party technical storage (language and display) to remember your settings. It does not identify or track you.

3. Legal basis

Processing of form data is based on your consent (Art. 6.1.a GDPR). Necessary technical storage relies on the legitimate interest of providing the requested service.

4. Recipients

Form data is sent to the Cluster's internal management mailboxes. It is not shared with third parties and no international transfers take place. The website hosts its fonts and libraries on its own server, so browsing does not share your IP with third parties.

5. Retention

We keep your data for as long as needed to handle your request and, afterwards, for the legally required periods. When no longer needed, it is deleted.

6. Your rights

You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability by writing to gerencia@aeiturismoinnova.com. You may also lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (aepd.es).
